The Minister of Education is responsible for developing and implementing programs of internal and external education in support of the Government's goals. The Minister will develop and monitor all Nation-Building and political science classes conducted by and/or for PG personnel. The Minister will work to develop the Pan-Afrikan University and will undertake to provide services and, as soon as possible, budgetary support to the independent New Afrikan schools
Primary focus is to ensure that youth is taught of the vast history of the African from the beginning (meaning from the continent and ventures on all land mass all around )til present. To be taught the true nature as well and fill in the gaps where the teachings of the colonizers purposefully miss.
To create leadership mentality in the youth and to create strong minded children built from youth until early adulthood.
To teach military science and political science and a manner of determination and racial pride in self. To help them understand the greatness of community and family black power.
