THE TREASURY
The Treasurer. It is the duty of this officer to be the final repository of all certificates of property, cash, securities, and other valuables of the Republic of New Afrika and to safeguard the same zealously. The Treasurer shall release funds when he or she receives a directive to do so from a lawful spending officer, which directive also bears the signature and other appropriate information of and from the Minister of Finance, or her or his lawful designee, attesting to that officer's review. The Treasurer shall keep accurate records and make them available periodically and upon request to the PCC, the PRLC, the President, the Vice Presidents.
